Invoice Genie Support

Email hello@leonfrontier.com. Most questions are answered within one business day. Include your platform, app version, and invoice number where relevant—never send confidential client payment data.

Subscriptions and billing

  • iPhone/iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Invoice Genie.
  • Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
  • After reinstalling or switching devices, open the upgrade screen and choose Restore purchases.

Create an invoice

Tap the + button, choose a client, set issue date and terms, add the work, preview the PDF, then share it.

Fixed fees, units, hours, and retainers

Choose Single quantity, enter quantity and rate, and the total updates immediately. For a monthly retainer, use quantity 1 and the monthly fee.

Day-rate work

Choose Date range → Per day, enter day rate and work dates, then enable Skip weekends or exclude individual non-working dates.

Hourly work across days

Choose Date range → Per hour, enter hours per day, hourly rate, and date range. Invoice Genie derives billable days, hours, and total.

Monthly repetition

Pro users can open a completed invoice and enable Repeat monthly. This is separate from billing a monthly retainer in the builder.

Dates, totals, and drafts

Due on receipt, Net 7, Net 14, and Net 30 derive the due date. Subtotal, VAT, and total update as you type. Work in progress is saved locally and can be restored.

Send, export, and status

Share the PDF through Mail, WhatsApp, Drive, or Files. Mark invoices Draft, Sent, or Paid; overdue is flagged automatically. These statuses are records you maintain—Invoice Genie does not process payments.

Business details

Use Business profile to update name, address, logo, payment instructions, and invoice defaults.

Request account deletion

Open Profile, choose Delete account, type the confirmation requested by the app, and approve permanent deletion. If you cannot access the account, email support from its address where possible.
