Your account

Provide accurate information, protect credentials, and notify support if you believe an account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Using Invoice Genie

Invoice Genie is a document and record-management tool. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, banking, or payment-processing services. Review every invoice before sending it and obtain professional advice where needed.

Acceptable use

• Do not break the law, infringe rights, mislead recipients, or facilitate fraud.
• Do not upload malicious code or bypass security or usage limits.
• Do not interfere with the service or access another user's data without permission.

Your content

You retain responsibility for business, client, invoice, logo, and payment-instruction content. You grant the service the limited permission required to store, process, render, and export it at your direction.

Free and Pro plans

Free and Pro allowances and prices are shown in the app and may change prospectively. Store subscriptions renew under Apple or Google terms until cancelled. Manage or request eligible refunds through the applicable store.

Availability and changes

Features may be improved, corrected, or withdrawn. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, but will take reasonable care in operating the service.

Suspension and termination

Accounts may be limited or suspended for fraud, abuse, security threats, illegal activity, or material breach. You may delete your account through the app.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is supplied as available to the extent permitted by law. Leon Frontier is not responsible for your tax position, contractual relationship, client payment, or losses caused by inaccurate information you enter. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
