Letterbolt Terms of Use

Accounts and usernames

You are responsible for access to your device and sign-in account.

Letterbolt has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Your public username must not be offensive, sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, or threatening, and must not impersonate anyone or infringe anyone's rights.

Every username is screened before other players can see it, and names that are flagged, appealed, or reported are reviewed by a person. We may reject or block a name at any time. While your name is blocked, you appear on leaderboards, challenges, and your own profile under a temporary name we generate; your scores and rank are unaffected, and you can appeal the decision from Profile.

Reporting and blocking

If a username on a leaderboard is offensive or abusive, tap the flag beside it to report the name or block the player. A report goes to a person for review; a report on its own never removes a name. Blocking hides that player from your leaderboards only, and they are not told. You can undo a block in Settings, under Safety.

We aim to review reports within 24 hours. We remove objectionable usernames, and we may restrict access for players who post them or who misuse reporting.

Fair play

• Do not automate guesses or submissions.
• Do not tamper with the client, scores, timing, challenges, ad rewards, or purchase verification.
• Do not disrupt the service, bypass limits, probe another player's data, or use the game unlawfully.

Purchases and advertising

Store purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their store terms. Remove Ads is an optional auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or yearly to the applicable store account. It renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, and payment is charged to that store account on confirmation of purchase. You can manage or cancel it at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings; cancelling stops future renewals, and Remove Ads stays active until the end of the period already paid for. Refunds are handled through the store. Optional rewarded ads require a completed and verified view before a reward is granted.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Letterbolt available but cannot promise uninterrupted access. Daily competition, external providers, notification delivery, or individual features may be delayed, changed, or withdrawn.

Termination and liability

Access may be restricted for abuse, cheating, fraud, security threats, or material breach. The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
