NoAlibi Privacy Policy

Data we collect

• Account details such as name, email, password hash, verification state, and Google or Apple identifier when those methods are used.
• Task titles, categories, deadlines, durations, subtasks, status and status history, readjustment or missed-task reasons, and notes.
• Reminder and communication settings, including timing, email, push, vibration, and weekly-report preferences.
• Photos you choose to scan into a task. A photo is processed on our servers to read the list and is not stored; only the task you then save is kept. We count scans per month to apply the free allowance.
• Expo push token, platform, device label, active state, and timestamps.
• AI weekly report period, generated summary, status, model name, and delivery timestamps.
• If you subscribe to NoAlibi Pro: the store's subscription identifier, product, and renewal, expiry, and refund dates. Apple or Google processes the payment; we never receive your card details.
• Sanitised app events and errors used to fix bugs. Credentials, email addresses, and task content are redacted on the device and again on the server.
• Authentication and security records including refresh-token families, revoked tokens, reset and verification tokens, failed-login counts, lockout timestamps, rate limits, and operational logs.

How we use data

• Create and secure accounts, verify email, reset passwords, and support Google and Apple sign-in.
• Provide task tracking, subtasks, list scanning, task history, notes, reminders, and notification preferences.
• Send enabled reminders, account messages, verification and reset messages, and weekly-report emails.
• Generate weekly AI reports from your task activity and show them in the app.
• Verify NoAlibi Pro purchases with Apple or Google, keep your subscription status current, and apply free-tier limits.
• Prevent abuse, investigate errors, maintain reliability, enforce limits, and respond to support or deletion requests.

Legal bases

Processing is used to perform the requested service, meet legal obligations, protect legitimate security and operational interests, and honour consent where consent is the appropriate basis. Optional communications can be disabled in Settings.

AI runs on our own servers

Weekly reports and list scans are produced by models running on infrastructure we operate. Your tasks and photos are not sent to an outside AI provider, and the coach sees only the task information supplied to the service, not unrelated content on your device.

Who we share with

We do not sell personal data. We share only what each provider needs to operate the app.

• Apple and Google: sign-in, and verification of NoAlibi Pro purchases, renewals, and refunds.
• Expo: delivery of push notifications you have opted into.
• Our email provider: delivery of the reminder, account, and weekly-report emails you have enabled.

What we do not do

NoAlibi does not sell personal data, show advertising, or use your task content for anything other than providing the service to you.

Retention

Active account and task information is kept while the account exists. Security and operational records use bounded retention appropriate to fraud prevention, reliability, and legal obligations. Diagnostic logs rotate and are kept only as long as operationally necessary.

Your choices and rights

You can edit tasks and settings, disable push and email options, request access or correction, and delete your account. Local device permissions, including camera and photos, can be changed through iOS or Android settings.

Deleting your account

Open Profile, scroll to Danger zone, select Delete account, type DELETE, and confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanently removes tasks, notes, reminders, reports, scan counts, subscription records, notification records, and account links, subject to limited security or legal retention.

Deleting your account does not cancel a NoAlibi Pro subscription: cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. If you cannot sign in, email support from the account address where possible.
