NoAlibi Terms of Use

Your account

You are responsible for access to your device and your sign-in details, and for the tasks and content you add. Keep your account details accurate so reminders and account emails reach you.

AI reports and scans

Weekly reports and list scans are generated automatically from the information you provide. They are suggestions to help you plan, not professional, medical, financial, or legal advice, and may occasionally be inaccurate. Review a scanned task before you save it.

NoAlibi Pro subscriptions

NoAlibi Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly (US$4.99) or yearly (US$39.99), or the local equivalent the store shows, to your Apple ID or Google Play account. Payment is charged to that account when you confirm the purchase, or at the end of the free trial if one applies.

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel it at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings; cancelling stops future renewals, and Pro stays active until the end of the period already paid for.

The yearly plan may include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the yearly subscription begins and is charged. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you subscribe.

Purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their terms, and refunds are handled through the store. Deleting your NoAlibi account does not cancel a subscription.

Free features and limits

The free tier includes task tracking, reminders, the weekly report summary, and a monthly allowance of list scans. We may apply fair-use limits to protect the service, including to Pro.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access another user's data or bypass security or limits.
• Do not tamper with the app, purchase verification, or the service.
• Do not use NoAlibi to store unlawful content or for any unlawful purpose.

Availability and changes

We work to keep NoAlibi available but cannot promise uninterrupted access. Reminders, emails, and reports depend on your device, network, and third-party providers and may occasionally be delayed. We may change these terms; material changes update this page and its date.

Termination and liability

Access may be restricted for abuse, fraud, security threats, or material breach. The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
