Flag data

The list of flags, with the names, kinds, and places they belong to, is derived from Wikidata, which is available under CC0. The colour percentages are measured by us from each flag's image and are our own calculation.

02

Flag images

Flag images are shown only after a puzzle is finished and come from Wikimedia Commons. Most are in the public domain. Others are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution or Attribution-ShareAlike licences (versions 2.5, 3.0, and 4.0) or released under CC0. Where an image has an author or a licence that requires credit, the author and licence are shown with the image in the app.

Images are resized for display and otherwise unchanged. Each image's page on Wikimedia Commons carries its full licence text and history.

If you are the author of an image and believe it is credited incorrectly, email hello@leonfrontier.com.
