Mixmatics Support

How a puzzle works

Each puzzle is a small factory with one or more customer orders, such as four units of heated orange. Sources hold a fixed stock of liquid. Place pipes from your inventory, turn rotatable pieces, and configure valves, then press Run to watch the liquid move through mixers, splitters, chambers, and filters. Fill every order to complete the puzzle.

  • Tap an empty cell to place the selected piece.
  • Tap a piece to turn it.
  • Long-press a piece you placed to remove it.
  • Undo, Reset, and Hint are always available; Run can be paused, stopped, and sped up to 2× or 4×.

Stars and efficiency

One star means every order was filled. Two stars means you met the puzzle's efficiency target. Three stars means you met its toughest target for waste, energy, cycles, and actions without taking a hint. Replay any finished puzzle from the Efficiency Challenge to improve it.

Daily Challenge and streaks

A new Daily Challenge arrives at 00:00 UTC and is the same factory for everyone. Your first completed run of the day is ranked on the daily leaderboard by waste, then energy, cycles, and actions. Completing it with hints keeps your streak but is not ranked. If you miss a day, a rewarded video can repair the streak within a short window.

Weekly Tournament

Each UTC week brings three tournament puzzles. Players are ranked by how many they completed, then by their combined waste, energy, cycles, and actions, then by who finished first. The leaderboard resets when the week ends.

Playing offline

The campaign, Endless Factory, Efficiency Challenge, and Factory Creator work without a connection. Daily and weekly results finished offline are kept on the device and sent when you are back online, as long as they arrive within the submission window.

Factory Creator and community puzzles

Build a factory, set its sources, recipes, and orders, and test it. To publish, you must solve it yourself; the server replays your solution before the puzzle goes live. Every published puzzle has a share code. In the community browser you can play, rate, and report puzzles, and block a player to hide their puzzles from you.

Credits and customisation

Credits are earned from puzzles, achievements, and daily challenges, and from optional rewarded videos. Spend them on decorations in Factory customisation. Customisation changes how your factory looks, never how it plays or scores.

Accessibility

Turn on Liquid symbols in Settings to show a letter on every drop, so colour is never the only cue. Reduced motion and haptics are in Settings too, and the speed button on a running factory switches between 1×, 2×, and 4×.

Accounts

You can play every mode as a guest. Sign in with Apple on iPhone or Google on Android to keep your rankings and published puzzles across devices. Signing out of an account gives this device a fresh guest; your other devices stay signed in.

Daily reminder

Turn on the daily reminder in Settings to get a nudge when the new Daily Challenge is ready, at a fixed local hour. Turn it off at any time in the same place.

Remove Ads

Subscribe from the Store (monthly or yearly) to hide banners and the between-puzzle ads. If it is not recognised after reinstalling or on a new device, use Restore purchases in the Store. To cancel or change plans, use Manage subscription there, or your App Store or Google Play account settings. Rewarded videos stay available while subscribed.

Ads and privacy choices

No ad is requested until a consent choice has been resolved. Reopen consent controls from Settings → Privacy choices. Rewarded videos are always optional; if one does not finish or cannot be confirmed, nothing is granted and nothing is charged.

Delete your online account

You need an internet connection.

  • Open Mixmatics.
  • Open Profile.
  • Tap Delete online account and confirm.

Delete data on this device

  • Open Settings.
  • Tap Delete all data and confirm.
  • Restart the app to begin fresh.

If you cannot open the app

Email hello@leonfrontier.com with the subject “Mixmatics account deletion”. Say whether you signed in with Apple or Google and include your username if you had one. We verify the request, complete it within 7 business days, and confirm by email.
