The idea
Connecting two pipes was never the hard part.
Every Mixmatics puzzle is a miniature production line. Mix red and yellow into orange, heat it in a chamber, split it between orders, time a valve to release at the right moment — then press Run and watch your design work, or spring a leak. Fill the order and you earn a star. Fill it with no waste and the fewest moves, and you earn all three.

Sources, mixers, splitters, tanks, heating chambers, filter and one-way pipes, sensors, and programmable valves. The output of one machine becomes the input of the next, so every puzzle is a small production line to design.

The Factory Creator lets you design a puzzle, set its orders, and prove it can be solved. Publish it with a share code, then play and rate what other players build.
Fair to the last drop
Ranked results are replayed on our servers with the same deterministic rules as the app, so leaderboards hold only runs that really happened. Customisation is cosmetic and never changes a score.

What is Mixmatics?+
Mixmatics: Pipe Puzzles is a 2D factory automation puzzle game for iPhone and Android. You build small production lines from pipes and machines that mix, heat, split, and filter coloured liquids, then run them to fill customer orders.
How is it different from a pipe-connecting game?+
In a classic pipe puzzle you join a start to an end. In Mixmatics the liquid has to be transformed on the way: mixed into a new colour, heated in a chamber, split between orders, or held back by a valve until the right moment. Each puzzle is a production process, not just a path.
How do you play?+
Read the order, place pipes from your inventory, turn pieces, and set valves. Press Run to watch the liquid flow. If an order goes unfilled you can pause, adjust, and run it again. Undo, Reset, and Hint are always there.
How do stars work?+
One star for filling every order. Two stars for meeting the puzzle's efficiency target. Three stars for meeting its toughest target for waste, energy, cycles, and actions without using a hint.
How many puzzles are there?+
The campaign has 200 puzzles in eight chapters: First Drops, Colour Chemistry, Valve Workshop, Split Decisions, Production Line, Factory Automation, Resource Crisis, and Master Factory. Endless Factory keeps generating new orders, a new Daily Challenge arrives every day, and the community keeps publishing more.
Can every puzzle be solved?+
Yes. Every campaign, daily, and weekly puzzle ships with a solution that our rules engine has verified, and a community puzzle can only be published after its creator solves it and the server replays the solution.
Does it work offline?+
Yes. The campaign, Endless Factory, Efficiency Challenge, and Factory Creator all work without a connection. The Daily Challenge, Weekly Tournament, leaderboards, and community puzzles need one, and daily or weekly runs finished offline are sent when you reconnect.
How do the daily and weekly challenges work?+
A new Daily Challenge arrives at midnight UTC and is the same factory for everyone; your first completed run is ranked by waste, then energy, cycles, and actions. Each week brings three tournament puzzles, ranked by how many you completed and then by your combined efficiency.
Are the leaderboards fair?+
Yes. The app sends the moves you made, not a score. The server replays them with the same deterministic rules as the game and ranks the result it calculates, so a score cannot be invented on a device. Customisation is cosmetic only.
Can I make my own puzzles?+
Yes. The Factory Creator lets you lay out a board, choose sources, recipes, and orders, and test your design. Solve it once to publish it with a share code; other players can then play, rate, and report it.
Is Mixmatics accessible?+
Liquid symbols put a letter on every drop so colour is never the only cue, and there are settings for reduced motion and haptics. The simulation speed can be set to 1×, 2×, or 4×.
Do I need an account?+
No. Every mode works as a guest. Signing in with Apple on iPhone or Google on Android keeps your rankings and published puzzles on all your devices.
Is Mixmatics free?+
Yes. Mixmatics is free to play and supported by ads. Rewarded videos are always optional. An optional Remove Ads subscription, US$7 a month or US$74 a year, hides banners and between-puzzle ads; the store shows your local price.
Does the game have sound?+
No. Mixmatics is designed to be played silently, with haptic feedback for key moments, so you can play anywhere.
When is Mixmatics available?+
