Credits and cosmetics

Credits and cosmetics are earned in the game. They have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold, or transferred, and do not affect puzzle difficulty or scoring.

Guest and signed-in access

You may play as a guest. Optional Apple or Google sign-in links your progress to an account. You are responsible for protecting access to your device and provider account.

Usernames and community puzzles

Mixmatics has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Your username, and the title and content of any puzzle you publish, must not be offensive, sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, or threatening, must not advertise anything, and must not impersonate anyone or infringe anyone's rights.

By publishing a puzzle you give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host it, show it to other players, and let them play, rate, and share it. You confirm you have the right to publish it. We may hide or remove any puzzle or username at any time.

Reporting and blocking

Report a puzzle or player from the community browser. A puzzle reported by several players is hidden until a person reviews it. Blocking hides a player's puzzles from you, and they are not told. We aim to review reports within 24 hours, and we may restrict access for players who publish objectionable content or misuse reporting.

Fair and acceptable use

• Do not automate play or submissions, or submit results you did not achieve in the app.
• Do not manipulate scores, rewarded-ad confirmation, sessions, or leaderboards.
• Do not disrupt the service, bypass security, access another player's data, or use content unlawfully.

Advertising

Free play is supported by advertising. Rewarded advertising is always optional. Advertising and consent services may be unavailable in some regions or temporarily interrupted.

Remove Ads subscription

Remove Ads is an optional auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or yearly to your App Store or Google Play account, and processed by Apple or Google under their store terms. Payment is charged to that store account when you confirm the purchase. It renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel it at any time in your store account settings, or from the Store → Manage subscription; cancelling stops future renewals, and Remove Ads stays active until the end of the period already paid for. Refunds are handled by the store.

While active, Remove Ads hides banners and between-puzzle ads. Optional rewarded videos remain available.

Availability and changes

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, a particular daily or weekly puzzle, notification delivery, or continued availability of every feature. We may correct puzzles by publishing a new revision, and we may restrict access where required to protect players and the integrity of the service.
