Delete your ScanGenAI account

You can delete your ScanGenAI account, and the content stored against it, from inside the app.

In the app

  • Sign in to ScanGenAI.
  • Open Profile or Settings.
  • Choose Delete account and follow the confirmation steps.

If you cannot access the app

Email hello@leonfrontier.com from the address associated with the account and use the subject “ScanGenAI account deletion”, saying whether you want the whole account removed or only specific data such as usage history. Additional verification may be requested to prevent unauthorised deletion.

What happens next

An emailed request is verified against the address on file and completed within 7 business days, usually sooner, and we confirm by email once it is done. Deletion from inside the app takes effect immediately.

What is removed

Deletion removes your account credentials and profile together with the uploads, generated output, and job records stored against it. Limited records may be retained where security, fraud-prevention, or legal obligations require it, de-identified aggregates that cannot be linked back to you may remain, and backups age out on their normal cycle.
